Key Responsibilities:
As an Intune Device Management SME, you will support handling in Escalated issues including coordination with multiple teams and vendor.
Enterprise device provisioning, management, configuration, life-cycle management.
Enterprise in Microsoft Manage Devices (MMD)
Expertise in Windows 10 Deployment Rings and application management to ensure software updates are implemented network-wide in a timely manner.
Creation of provisioning profiles, configurations & security profiles and deployment to managed client devices.
Should be well versed with Agile (JIRA Tool, Creating Stories)
Expertise in troubleshooting issues reported by the end user. These issues could be software related, such as identifying malware, or can be related to malfunctioning hardware. This requires an extensive knowledge of popular operating systems and software.
Configuration of Windows Autopilot, deployment of OS upgrades and application along with MDM, MAM, MCM policies.
