We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Brand Specialist to support the growth plan for Owen Daniels Consultancy. Partnering with both our sales and delivery team, you will be responsible for attracting and obtaining talent for the organisation, as well as ensuring our brand is communicated to a high standard.

Do you have experience in talent and brand awareness, and wanting to join a fast-growing company with heaps of benefits on offer?

What we are looking for:

* At least 2 years’ experience in recruiting talent – ideally within a recruitment agency

* Experience in creating social media strategies and engaging content

* Experience promoting a company brand

* Confidence in building relationships and proactively approaching recruiters in the market

* Someone who can own the brand and spearhead the growth of the business

* Work independently as well as part of a team

* Creative and strategic thinker
