Salary: £33,600 – £37,200 per year
My client is a business within the construction software industry whom are looking to find a talent acquisition person for their team. The role is hybrid and you will be needed once a week in the London office.
They are looking for someone who has experience of working within a business as talent acqusitiion and not from a recruitment company. A minimum of 3 years experience working in internal recruitment. The role will also be rather strategic as you will also be looking into Employee branding as well as Line manager training and well as looking into their policies as well as processes.
You will be the HR Managers number 2 who will lean on you for help during this busy period as well, but the employment is very much to become the only person in the business recruiting for them.
