Salary: £26,000 – £48,000 per year

Location: Victoria, London SW1W 9TR
Working hours: 9.00am – 5:30pm

Healthcare Professionals is owned by the same group that owns Education Professionals. Healthcare Professionals is a leading supplier of qualified Nurses, GPs, HCAs to the Primary Care NHS Centres and the private healthcare sector across the UK. As a result of us expanding our Managed Vendor Solutions across the UK and winning more contracts we are currently looking to expand our team of on-site Resourcer/Account Managers to help us service these clients and ensure that we continue to offer the highest levels service.

We currently have openings for Account Managers / Resourcer to join our team and be responsible for resourcing predominantly GPs and filling existing bookings.

The ideal applicant will be an experienced on-site recruiter with a proven track record of success. You should be a team player capable of building relationships both internally and externally, motivated and hardworking and feel confident working with medical professionals, staffing banks, recruitment professionals and NHS department Managers.

Cores duties and responsibilities will include
• Screening candidates to assess their availability and suitability to carry out the duties outlined.
• Creating relationships and building rapport with candidates working closely with NHS Departmental Managers, staffing banks and other specialist nursing recruitment consultancies.
• Advertising posts appropriately – drafting and strategically advertising using a range of media, newspapers, magazines and the online sources. Headhunting – directly approaching suitable candidates.
• Effectively managing new starter details to ensure client/candidate/suppliers are all fully briefed on new starter details.

Knowledge & Skills

• A proven track record as a successful internal or on-site recruiter
• Educated to degree level (preferable)
• Able to work within an extremely fast-paced environment
• Well-presented and highly organised
• Highly motivated and an excellent communicator
• Able to work and adapt to a changing markets
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong documentation/reporting skills
• Able to focus on and achieve targets
