Exceptional Cleaning Account Manager Required

My client, a leading facilities management company, are looking for an outstanding Cleaning Account Manager to join their growing team. Working on site with their high profile client, you will take full management responsibility for all cleaning operations, however will help over see general soft services.

This role would suit a very customer focused individual who utilises their team to get results.
You must also live within a commutable distance of South West London.

Permanent role
Salary: £36,000 – £42,000

Duties:

• •We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Support Services, can demonstrate management experience in Cleaning and the consistent achievement of customers’ requirements.
• •You will have an interest in the application of technology and technological processes to ensure customer expectations are met.
• •Providing a hands on approach, you will be recruiting for cleanings, training, be in charge of all payroll, HR issues/queries and appraisals for your accounts.
• •This includes working closely with the clients, auditing sites to ensure best practise.
• Carry out cleaning and safety inspections on site, To be responsible for ensuring schedules and programs of work.
• •To manage cleaning staff across all levels, ensuring contractual requirements are met including quality audits.
• •To be responsible for all payroll, hr & recruitment for your account. Including to run a weekly payroll.
• •Attend daily meetings with the client to discuss services provided ensuring feedback on services are provided.
• •To ensure health and safety policies are adhered to and all appropriate documentation is prepared and maintained i.e. risk assessments, method statements etc.
• •Carry out cleaning and safety inspections on site, at intervals stated in the Cleaning Quality Plan. Deal with non-conformities as a matter of urgency
• •Manage Finance – Control resources to achieve quality of service whilst keeping within the budget
• •Process four weekly wage run and arrange any cover required for staff holidays and sickness
• •To maintain budgetary control on materials, equipment and wages.
• •Complete time sheets and calculate wages. Ensure wage budgets are not exceeded
• •Agree op centre target with line manager
• •Maintaining all documentation including audit files, HR docs, etc

• •Previous cleaning management experience, looking after a number of sites
• •Ability to multi task, work well under pressure and use own initiative.
