Systems Administrator / IT Support

A successful office solutions company is looking to recruit an IT Technical Support Analyst to join their customer-driven IT Department within a fast moving sales environment. Based in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire in brand new state of the art offices, with on-site parking, the company are offering the opportunity to join their dynamic team.

The company are looking for someone who is technically capable of working in a predominantly Microsoft environment, and is keen to develop skills across a broad range of technologies.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of internal systems; this includes but is not limited to:

– Small Business Server, Server 2008 & 2012.
– Daily Backup Checks
– Internal CRM
– IP Telephone System

You will also be responsible for supporting internal users and customers. This is a varied role and the candidate will work across all disciplines, including desktops, networking, mobile, and security. It also involves answering and resolving support queries via phone, email and, where necessary, desk-side.
