Support Worker / Adults

Barker Ross Health & Social Care are urgently looking to increase our talent pool of experienced care and support workers to introduce to our client based in Blackpool we are looking for Genuine commited individuals to deliver high quality person centred care & support to vulnerable adults within residential settings

Currenty I am looking for 3 x immediate starts for day and night shifts, the client is offering a possible temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate who can demonstrate thier commitment to the role.

Those candidates that are on the update service are highly sought after and can be potentially be placed faster than those who have no current DBS check on the update.

Essential Requirements

* NVQ level 2
* Food Hygiene
* First Aid
* Medication Training
* Manual Handling
* A keen desire to work towards delivering person centred care and support
* Passionate about working with individuals with varying needs of support such as Autism and Learning Difficulties

Duties Include

* Supporting Service users to live independantly
* providing holistic, person centered care and support
* administering of medication
* feeding and personal care
* assisting in social activities and community intergration
* attending appointments
