About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Peterborough. These opportunities are offered on a casual (bank) basis.
Our bank arrangements are very flexible and can fit around your life. We are looking for people with a wide range of availability and have shifts available in the days, nights, evenings and weekends.
As a Support Worker you will support people to live more independent lives in their home and local community. This may include assisting with people’s personal care, their dietary requirements, shopping and social activities.
We are looking for caring people who have the empathy and patience to positively focus on the people we support.
Experience is not required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.
A full UK driving licence is desirable for this role but not essential.
