Support Worker

Cordant Care are presently seeking for experienced SNR/Support Worker in Galashiels on behalf of their priority Client for a Temp to Perm opportunity. The applicant must have at least 12 months recent experience with the ability to adapt to different care environments. Our Client is an Organisation who offers a hardworking and professional care team for the services of individuals who are suffering from a form of dementia and require a calm and friendly atmosphere in which to get the most out of life. Our Client boasts a Residential Site and a Day Care Centre for all residents. I am looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who shows passion within the Health and Social Care sector and is looking for a variety in their day-to-day work.

The successful candidate will have as a minimum:-

* Current PVG – Adults and Children
* Minimum experience of 12mths within the last year
* Enthusiasm and passion within the Health and Social care sector
* Great communication skills
* An understanding for patience
* Eligibility documents to work in the UK
* Full employment history covering the last 3years with referencing
