Support Analyst, 1st Line
We’re looking for a 1st line Support Analyst to join a growing Biotechnology company in Oxford. This is a great role, either for someone looking for their first entry-level role in IT, or an already established Support Analyst!
The Support Analyst Role
The Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting all internal members of staff across a range of issues, across multiple sites. The Support Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting both technical and user issues, as well as setting up laptops for new starters and training the business on how to get the best out of their hardware!

We’re looking for a bright, inquisitive, technically minded Support Analyst – you don’t need to know everything, but you need to be willing to use your initiative to solve the problem when you don’t know! Ideally, you might have experience including:
- Passionate about IT and looking to forge a career within IT support
- Previous customer service experience, even if this isn’t from an IT setting
- Commercial 1st line Service Desk / Desktop Support experience would be a plus!
