Salary: £28.8 – £33.6 per hour
Strata Consulting are seeking a Structural Revit CAD Technician to join a prestigious London based building design engineering consultancy.
The role will involve close monitoring of assigned building design projects, reporting regularly to the Senior Engineer. You will have the responsibility of ensuring the delivery of high quality services to a number of clients, both large and small.
Strong client relationships are key to the company’s success as most of their work is repeat business, therefore the role would involve maintaining and strengthening relations with clients and sub-contractors.
Candidate Specification:
Preferably ONC / HNC / HND qualified in CAD/Civil/Structural Engineering – Minimum of 5yrs experience in a structural design role. – Competent in the use of AutoCAD, REVIT Structural, CADS RC, CADS Steelwork. – An understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and its implementation – Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software packages – Ability to communicate effectively with clients/sub-contractors verbally – Will be able to work effectively in a team environment
