Structural Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to work within a busy multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. The company undertake a diverse range of projects from multi-million pound commercial and educational builds through to small domestic alterations.

Working within a team of Engineers and Technicians and reporting to the Principal Engineer you will be –

Designing using the full range of structural materials.
Using associated software for analysis and design purposes.
Designing for projects in a variety of sectors including education, commercial, leisure and residential.
Carrying out site visits and inspections.
Liaising with engineers and clients to ensure that briefs are met.

To be considered for this role you will –

Be degree qualified.
Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience within a design Consultancy.
Be progressing towards chartered status (MIStructE, MICE).
Hold working knowledge of relevant structural software.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
