Salary: £26,000 – £37,440 per year

Role Overview:
To work within our stores as part of a team to complete up to three/four rotations of different roles in stores with a view to becoming a Stores Team leader with the opportunity to progress to a Stores Manager and Client Operational Manager, in due course.

The rotations may include Stores Envoy, Stores Envoy with Buying, Data Analyst, Store Progressor, and Stores Buyer (not limited or inclusive as other opportunities may arise).

As a front facing representative of our client, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Stores are maintained to a high standard and take full responsibility for the availability of products of which will be brought both effectively and efficiently to deliver savings to the Client.

Key Responsibilities:
* To refer to each individual Job Description at the start of each rotation
* Duties may include but are not limited to:
o Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with the Client
o To issue stock products to the Client
o Source and make available supplier catalogues and product reference material for the Client
o Expedite all outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner when required
o Accurately and efficiently record goods delivered into the stock control system
o Release products on back order for delivery to the Client
o Confirm customer deliveries in a timely manner
o Ensure approved documentation is accurately completed and authorised where necessary
o Complete stock deliveries in-line with company standards (within one working day of receipt of goods)
o Conduct rotational stock checks
o To record locations for new productions required in store
o Record stock adjustments and to action as appropriate
o Maintain a high level of housekeeping in-line with Company standards
o Attend site meetings when required to discuss any issues within store and to follow-up appropriately
o Carry out such other duties which re consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role

* Good understanding on Microsoft Office packages
* Basic general PC skills and knowledge (Microsoft programmes)
