You will be working for…

In this role you will be…

– Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance
– Able to control the IT security policy
– Able to handle IT related issues
– Checking event log files on all servers
– Ensuring daily backups have been successfully completed and change backup tapes
– Communicating with suppliers and contractors
– Dealing with New User creation and password resets

You’re training…

Starts with a 12-14 month IT apprenticeship, which consists of training in small groups and work based assessment covering: Operating systems, Server administration, Customer support, Networking and Security.

You will gain City & Guilds Level 3 qualifications in IT Systems & Principles and IT Professional Competence, as well as Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) qualifications. This fantastic opportunity can potentially lead to you earning £30k in the IT sector.
