Salary: £26,000 per year
Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf local family owned business who are growing and have grown significantly over the past years. Th business are offering the chance to work in a very busy warehouse, overseeing all goods in and out, whilst also assisting in delivering good to their Engineers.
Skills and Experience
The primary focus of this role, reporting to the Managing Director, is to expedite materials in accordance with maintenance and servicing plans.
You will be responsible for:
* Ensuring that orders delivered are receipted as per the relevant purchase orders
* Correct storage and identification labelling of stock received is of paramount importance in order that supply to the production lines is not compromised
* PC literacy and particularly a good as you will be using bespoke software
* Good numeracy and communication skills.
* Working with other members of the team, making the operation run smoothly
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience within a stores environment
Experience Required
* Stores / Warehouse experience
* FLT Licence
* Knowledge of IT Systems
* Full UK Driving Licence
