Store Manager

I have a very exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join a well known Storage company and their stores based around Stanmore.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of between £28,800 – £31,200 per annum plus bonus and a great package. This positon is a full time position

The role does require strong leadership and sales management skills with ideal candidates coming from (but not restricted to) Telecommunications, Furniture / Kitchen, Sales and Customer service.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

– Overall management of the store

– Coaching and driving your teams throughout the store

– Looking after new and old customer accounts

– Making sure customer service is exceptional at all times

– Awareness of local competitors

– Looking after customer enquiries and consulting with them signing new ones up

-Signing up new customers

– Able to use and update the main database

– Work with the team to meet KPI’s.

– Give coaching and feedback sessions.

Store Manager Key Skills and Experience:

-Minimum 1 to 2 years as a Manager in Sales or the Retail Industry

– Excellent relationship building skills

– Worked in a face to face customer service environment

– Mature approach to work

– Multi task and solid time management

-Be able to lead and coach teams

-Excellent communication skills

-Able to develop sales strategies and set targets for the store

-Strong record of Business development
