£28,800 – £31,200 PA Depending on experience and opportunity to earn commission and staff discounts.

Stores are closed on Saturdays and Bank Holidays, trading 9.00am -5.00pm, with late opening until 8pm on Monday and Thursday only and Sundays 10.00am – 1.00pm on a rota basis.
My client is looking for fantastic business development skills and the motivation to succeed in leading your team with the overall management of the store by maximising sales and profitability.
We are looking for someone with a solid background in management and ideally experience of working within a similar role in retail/wholesale and with experience working with a large amount of stock as stock management is critical to this position along with a good knowledge of the local area.
The ideal candidate will be a bright and dynamic Store Manager looking or a challenging and rewarding role.

Responsibilities:

* Leading and motivating a team of seven staff
* Delegating and prioritising tasks effectively
* You will be responsible for stock, cash and store security
* Merchandising
* Giving customers exemplary customer service skills
* Using selling skills to maximise profitability
* Marketing

The right candidate MUST have proven experience of managing a similar sized team within a sales target trade or retail store environment. You must have a passion for hair and beauty products and thrive in a customer facing environment
