Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Store Manager for a Greggs site within a busy forecourt retailer. This business is expanding, opening new stores and driving forward. We are looking for a Store Manager that has high merchandising standards and can develop a team to drive customer service at all times.

Experience of working in a fast-paced cafe or hospitality background is preferred. We are open to speaking to candidates who want to reach the next level in their career and will consider applications from Assistant Managers or Duty Managers who want to become a Store Manager for the first time.

To be our clients new Greggs Store Manager, you will be a hands-on, shop floor based, commercial and a result driven maanger who has a passion for delivering world class customer service!

As a Greggs Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Driving customer service standards in your store.
• Training, coaching and developing your team.
• Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
• Achieving store and company KPI’s.

In reward for your hard work, you will receive a basic salary circa £26,400 – £30,000which is reviewed throughout your career. Please note, due to locations and working hours you will need your own transport. This is essential.
