Store Manager

Our client is an established out of town retailer and they are looking for a store manager in the St. Helens area.

As an ideal candidate you will be a ‘hands-on’ manager who is energetic and has stock and people management experience.Ideally you will have a passion for customer service and a genuine flair for merchandising, both using your initiative and following company guidelines. In addition you will need to be able to develop and motivate a team to achieve all sales targets and KPI’s leading by example and managing performance to ensure the highest standards are delivered at all times.

The Successful candidate will be rewarded with a generous basic salary, 20% bonus, health care and pension scheme and 29 days annual holiday.
