Salary: £26,400 per year
Stock Controller required for permanent position at leading manufacturer based in East Ipswich. Working in modern premises the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating stock take and cycle counting activities to ensure that the required level of service is provided to the customer
- Communicating stock count variances to Line Manager
- Maintaining and improving performance levels to maximise stock accuracy in line with site KPIs
- Facilitating stock control procedures by liaising with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders and Customers
- Participating in continuous improvement projects
Applicants must have experience of warehouse management procedures and the ability to implement process improvement initiatives to improve stock accuracy. Proficient IT skills including Excel and SAP required along with strong numeracy skills and good attention to detail.
