Fleet Hire Controller – Hybrid

Salary: £31,200 per year

Pyramid8 is delighted to be supporting a well-established, Plant & Fleet company. Due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Fleet Hire Controller to join their outgoing and diverse team.

Working alongside the Hire Team and Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Hire Inbox, including general enquiries, invoice enquires, and the process of Hire & Off Hire, LCV and HGV vehicle hire requirements. You will deliver outstanding customer service when liaising with the workshop, clients, and supply chain, responsible for developing and maintaining these relationships. You will also liaise with other departments within the business. You will be completing general administration duties, alongside purchase orders, processing data on their vehicle tracking systems and completing audits & name changes. You will be responsible for arranging transport of hire vehicles and source & supply replacements to cover internal assets being of the road. You will ensure all systems are up to date.

This opportunity will be ideal for someone who has previous experience within the vehicle hire industry, with strong administration and IT skills. In return you will receive a basic salary of £31,200with a generous annual bonus. You can also take part in their cycle to work scheme. This is a hybrid opportunity, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, 40-hour week.
