Job duties and responsibilities:
* Stock accuracy
* Reports for discrepancies
* Investigate stock discrepancies and report information to Stock Manager.
* Ensure product descriptions, codes and barcodes are all accurate and updated when necessary
* Stock count and check stock in each location
* Understanding the movements of stock.
* Be pro-active on counting, work to a schedule.
* Investigate issues and escalate accordingly.
* Give clear instructions on why the stock file has been amended.
Training
You will be provided training and support throughout your 6 month work placement. The intention is that this will lead to a full-time permanent Stock Controller position.
