Steelwork Draughtsperson

Salary: £15.6 – £19.2 per hour

Tekla detailer required:

Our client is a successful steelwork engineering business specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of steel framed structures for various uses (mainly buildings).

They now seek an additional draughtsman with Tekla CAD experience. On offer is a very good salary D.O.E. with overtime + benefits and an excellent working environment.

Role:

* Working to Engineering/GA drawing to create Tekla models of steel structures.

* Produce all material call off, GA & fabrication drawings, CAM data etc from the 3D model.

* Work to agreed issues dates.

* Liaise with internal and external staff as needed with regards RFIs/TQs etc.

Steelwork Draughtsperson requirements:

* An experienced Draughtsperson with a track record of detailing steel framed buildings.

* You should be a competent user of Tekla Structures.

* Have good written communication skills.

This is a full time permanent PAYE position and open only to candidates who are currently eligible to work in the UK. Candidates requiring a work permit / visa / sponsorship will not be considered.
