Client Profile:
Our Client is a Leading Provider in customer service and International inbound and outbound Outsourcing. With specialism in various sectors from Healthcare to technology, they provide a diverse and unique customer experience globally.
Due to expansion, they are seeking Spanish speaking customer support executive, to join their dynamic and successful customer service team.

Role Description:

You will be responsible and accounted for taking first Line customer support calls, across the European Markets and handling all customer enquiries through inbound calling and outbound calling. You will also be responsible for all Database Maintenance, documentation and rework of customer queries. As well as providing great customer service through inbound calling and outbound calling, you will also be handling all customer enquiries through email.

Person Specification:

Successful Candidates for the position of a Spanish speaking customer support executive will have proven and recent customer service experience through inbound and outbound calling. You will also have good knowledge of Microsoft and Window Servers you will be a C2 level Spanish speaker.. Successful candidates will thrive on working in a Customer service, inbound/outbound environment and enjoy problem solving and have a passion for meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction.
