Sous Chef / Senior Chef de Partie, required for a Hotel in Guildford, Surrey. Overtime paid over 45 hours a week if worked.

As SOUS CHEF / Senior Chef de Partie, our client is seeking a candidate who is interested in supporting and working with the Head Chef with a seasonal Grill concept menu. Our client is looking for candidates with a fresh food / gastro pub background along with some banqueting experience.

As SOUS CHEF / Senior Chef de Partie you will be assisting the Head Chef and team of iro 5 Chefs plus KP’s and you will have a passion for training and development of your team which are very important factors.

Good kitchen management and food hygiene control are essential. The role of Sous Chef, may suit a current Chef de Partie looking for a first time senior appointment as SOUS.

The salary for the role of Senior Chef de Partie – Sous Chef is given as £37,584 up to £35,000 / per annum including holiday pay / 45 hour week. Overtime paid over 45 hours a week if worked. Help to source accommodation in the local area is available if you require to relocate to this location.
