40 hours a week split shift (TBC)

Wednesday to Sunday

This client has taken over the pub and will be opening in a couple of weeks. They are highly experienced publicans and restauranteurs, seeking a Sous Chef to work alongside them as a team.

This is a friendly working environment and a great village location on the outskirts of Haverhill.

The pub will be open for lunch and evening service Wednesday to Saturday and lunch menu only on a Sunday. Wednesday to Saturday is normal pub hours and Sunday they close at 6 pm.

As normal there will be split shifts and a total working week of 40 hours. Serving high-end Gastro pub food with attention to detail and an emphasis on quality.

Duties:

* Food Preparation of quality products

* Cooking Food to a high standard

* Assist in the menu setting

* Adhering to H&S practice

* Best standards of food hygiene

* Keeping work station clean and tidy

* Sanitise/clean down at the end of a shift

* Stand-in for Head Chef
