Social Media Marketing Manager

My client are a global electronics/technology organisation with their HQ in Reading. They’re currently looking for Social Media Marketing Manager to join their expanding team.

Description:

Contribute to implementation of all the company’s Western Europe digital marketing and communication
Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop content and strategy
The position works closely with the countries in Western Europe and WEU Marketing Team
Research, define and execution of social media conversation strategies
Continually monitor guest conversation via social media channels at the regional, campaign, and brand level to maximize engagement
Provide social community insights and best practices via analysis of post engagement and response, track influencers and enhance community engagement
Ensure articulation of the company’s desired image and position, both internal and external
Responsible for editorial design, production and distribution of all the organization its digital publications
Requirements:

Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of social media activities.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
Demonstrated successful experience writing (web) content, making presentations and negotiating with external (social) media parties.
Commitment to working with cross-functional teams.
Strong oral and written communications skills in English and preferably one more European languages
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Minimum of 3 years experience in social media management & execution with demonstrated success, in the Technology Sector
Bachelor degree in Communication & Multimedia Design or related field
Package:

£60,000 – £66,000 + Bonus (2 months salary) + £5,000 Car Allowance
