Site Supervisor – Decent Homes / Refurbishment
The Company:
My client is a leading name in reactive maintenance and decent homes / void refurbishment, working in partnership or on a measured term contract basis with many of London and the surrounding counties social landlords. They have developed a strong reputation for delivery and value whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times.
Who we’re looking for:
You will be working for a maintenance contractor as a Site Supervisor. You will have experience of working in occupied social housing delivering response / reactive maintenance or decent homes / void refurbishment projects. You will be responsible for coordinating teams of maintenance operatives and sub contractors. You will have excellent client liaison skills and be responsible for the smooth running of a very busy maintenance contract.
You will manage a team of maintenance professional’s as well as acting as a liaison to the tenants, ensuring high standards of workmanship are achieved working to strict deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:
You will be ideally educated to HNC level in a building discipline or have a time served trade background and qualification.
You will have knowledge of supervising planned maintenance and repair contracts on occupied properties working in partnership with a housing association or local authority.
You will have Basic CRB Check, if not then you must be willing to undertake.
Full UK Driving License, CSCS Card and Asbestos Awareness essential.
You will be computer literate.
