Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year
Our client is a Yorkshire based building contracting business that specialise in Social housing refurbishments for a growing client base across the UK. Due to expansion they are seeking experienced Multi trade Site supervisors for a Social housing refurbishment contract in Barnsley.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the safe, profitable and timely delivery of each project ensuring each property is finished to the correct standard.
The individual holding the role will ideally hold a trade or academic qualification as well as having an ability to lead a multidisciplinary project team. However, a demonstrable ability to command a fast moving multi-disciplinary social housing refurbishments is essential as is holding valid CSCS and SSSTS qualifications.
A salary of between £30,000 – £36,000per year is available to the right candidate depending on experience.
