Company
Established for over 35 years this successful contractor has been providing mechanical, electrical and building services to customers across the London and Home Counties areas. Their customers include a number of local authorities, housing associations, registered providers and large commercial organisations where they have successfully established solid relationships through their quality work completed leading to repeat and new orders.
Site Supervisor
You will be responsible for effectively responding to any on-site complaints, providing general project support, effective on-site management and supervision of the DLO and sub-contracting workforce.
You will:
* Have relevant UK construction experience as Site Supervisor within M&E/Building Services
* Hold SSSTS Card
* Excellent understanding of current Health & Safety regulations
* Previous experience of scaffold inspections an advantage, but training will be provided.
* Excellent communication, organisation skills and be polished client facing
* IT literate
* Full UK Drivers Licence#
* Stable work history
Compensation:
To £41k + Van
Annual Bonus Scheme (subject to financial and other induvial targets/objectives being met)
