Commercial and Industrial Building Services / HVAC Electrical Installations, Power & Data Installations Between Control Panels & Plant Equipment (AHU’s, Fans, Gas Burners) etc.

Due to considerable growth in both the Contracts and FM departments, a new role has been generated to provide a closer personal service to our clients around the UK. Cosaf are HVAC specialists who since conception in 1991 have built exceptional long-lasting relationships with blue-chip clients across the country.
This role is predominantly field based however it will be expected that office visits will be at least bi-weekly to attend key programme and scheduling meetings with the Project and FM department leaders and engineers.
The typical office and site hours are 08:30AM – 17:00PM Monday – Friday however flexible working can be taken into consideration for the right committed professional.
Key aspects of this Electrical Site Supervisor role are as follows:
* Electrical site supervision of Cosaf Projects out in the field and at Cosaf HQ.
* Electrical expertise and knowledge in Building Services. Training can be considered for any areas of concern.
* Personable skills associated with client liaison, site meetings etc.
* Management of site operatives, ensuring continuity and responding to site issues.
* Knowledge of health and safety, producing Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
* Good computer skills to assist in the generation RAMS, Site Programmes and correspondence via email.
* Site working as and when required to assist with acceleration or closer management of personnel.
* Ensuring compliance of all engineers to Cosaf health and safety documentation.
* Assisting with onsite material orders and delivery coordination.
* Snagging of Cosaf and subcontractors works.
* Providing guidance to other Cosaf engineers on FM call outs and assisting on urgent call outs when availability permits.
* Assistance with estimating through site knowledge on labour timings and materials.
The ideal Electrical Site Supervisor candidate will be:
* Bully converse with site supervision and health and safety,
* Being capable of managing a team of engineers working towards programme deadlines and strict budgets.
* Client liaison and being the face of the company whilst on site is key.
* Regular feedback of site activity, performance, and project progression to Cosaf HQ is vital in this job role.
* Keeping our staff, sub-contractors, and customers happy are what makes us who we are, and everyone must contribute to ensuring the positive working atmosphere that currently exists in the constantly challenging environment of Building Services Engineering.
* Management of site teams on all Cosaf’s projects from an electrical perspective is the primary focus and procurement of materials to deadlines and budgets to ensure continuity for site operatives is of high importance.
