Complex Trauma (4-12 years)

£40,000-£45,000 (DOE)

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Children’s Home Manager for a small Complex Trauma residential service in the Shrewsbury area.

This large provider specialist of residential care services have a reputation for providing outstanding levels of care, helping children and young people with a range of complex needs, including deaf and hearing loss, victims of child sexual abuse and exploitation and CAMHS, to stabilise their lives, develop their potential and progress to more independent living.

Their environments provide everyone in their care a home to feel safe in and a chance to develop their lives with optimism and enthusiasm. By providing a complete continuity of care through positive therapeutic and behavioural approaches, they provide extensive support for children and young adults to achieve their personal best.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience as an OFSTED Registered Manager
• Experience within a complex trauma/EBD service
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Level 3 – level 5 qualified in children’s services

A fantastic salary is on offer of up to £54,000 for the right candidate with a range of benefits.
