Sphere Solutions are working in partnership with a national developer to secure an experienced Housing Site Manager for a prestigious site in the heart of Cornwall.
Based in Cornwall, you will join an experienced operational team that have been successful in delivering volume housing sites for many years. Sites will be busy with a fast pace production programme, working with experienced sub-contractors to deliver house to a demanding programme of works!
Suitable candidates will have experience in volume house building, with good timber frame knowledge and experience and have all site tickets up to date; SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. NHBC award winners will be a distinct advantage. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a forward thinking national housing developer, with potential career opportunity and support structure.
On offer is a salary Circ £57,600 with a car/car allowance, pension and private health care and performance related bonus.
