Site Manager – Flagship Housing Site

A leading national housing developer who have doubled their business over the last 2 years are currently looking to expand on their operational team. They specialise in both large high-spec houses and flat developments with some social housing in both traditional and timber frame build. They pride themselves in quality and have an extremely solid land bank – 600 – 650 units a year.

They are looking to procure a Site Manager for their flagship site in Devon, reporting into the Contracts Manager and managing a team of 2 Assistant Site Managers. Duties will be robust and include full involvement with all planning stages, the construction phase in particular, attending monthly site meetings with the commercial team, helping in producing contract typed reports and in all operational programmes and process involved in the project itself.

The ideal candidate MUST have:

Volume house building experience – developers background ONLY
Experience as a Site Manager for at least 5 years, managing small teams
Health & Safety Competent
