Site Managers

My client is the leading Social Housing contractor. They are currently seeking Site Managers & Assistant Site Managers on both temporary and permanent basis. There are several vacancies available in the Midlands area. The successful candidate will be placed on a job near their present location. These sites are new build social housing so experience either working for a similar type of developer or a national house build would be advantageous.

You must have experience working on sites and have timber frame experience. You will be a proactive site manager and a team player who can put their hand to a variety of different tasks.

Job Details:

* Projects can range from New Build and Social Housing (Previous experience in at least one of the fields is essential)
* All sites will require you to obtain a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid.
* Must be knowledgeable surrounding Health and Safety on site
* Demonstrate strong communication skills

Rate of pay:
Temp – £18-£21per hour
Perm – £36,000 – £43,000 + Company Car, Bonuses, Pension
