Site Manager

Experienced Site Manager required for a Main Construction Contractor who are one of the largest privately owned contracting companies with a considerable track record in design build, traditional and management contracts based in Fife. Ideally you will have recent construction experience of delivering industrial, commercial and housing sectors.

Main responsibilities will include:

Manage the project safely and deliver a quality product on time Ensuring adequate on-site resources at all times Carry out all technical aspects of the project Day to Day supervision of the project Delivering the project within agreed cost parameters Timely and accurate reporting, including risks and progress Leading a small project team

Key candidate requirements:

Good self-motivation

Strong HS&E skills

Qualifications Required:

CSCS Card

Construction Site Manager

SMSTS certificate

First Aid
