Salary: £18 – £19.2 per hour
My client is a local authority based in Gateshead Tyne and Wear, who are looking to recruit a Foreman/Site Manager to work from there environmental services department (Major works).
Initial 3 months contract
Duties will be:
Supervising various tradesmen and subcontractors
Ensuring all site personnel are adhering to H&S at all times
Attending progress meetings, client meetings
You must have a sound knowledge of Health & Safety on site.
In addition, you MUST hold a valid CSCS CARD,SCAFFOLD INSPECTION CERTIFICATE,First Aid,ASBESTOS AWARENESS, WORKING AT HEIGHT AND MANUAL HANDLING CERTIFICATES.
