Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year
We have an excellent opportunity for someone who is fairly early in their career to join and established contractor based in Essex but with all work in and around the London area.
This will be working on a range of developments including conservation and heritage, high end residential, educational, and internal refurbishments.
The ideal person will come from a carpentry or bricklaying background and be able to manage the team on site as well as muck in when needed. You must hold a First Aid, SMSTS, and CSCS as well as have some experience in a supervisory or management position with a trade background.
You will be working as part of a very close knit team who work well together to deliver for clients on time and to budget.
