My Client
My Client is a Regional house builder that specialize in medium sized high end developments.
Requirement
My Client is currently in the need for a Site Manager to be based on Site in the Sussex area. This will be a permanent position and you will be required to travel to different sites around the Sussex / Surrey region.

Ideal Candidate

The perfect candidate will have experience working for a regional/ National house builder as an Assistant or Site Manager. You will also have to have experience in Managing a site of over 50 units with traditional and timber frame experience.

The ideal candidate will reside in West/ East Sussex Hampshire or Surrey.

Salary/ Package

This role has a negotiable salary and package range of 45 – 50k per annum + Package dependant on experience and qualifications.
