I am currently recruiting for a site manager to working on an project in Coventry.

The project is valued at £4m and will is a New Build and Refurb of multiple sectors (Housing, Industrial and Retail). The project is set to run for a year giving the successful candidate a great opportunity to work over the Xmas period.

The successful candidate will have good overall experience across various sectors but a predominate focus in the housing/residential sector.

It is the start of the project so this opportunity is to get in at the start and run project from the get go.

Excellent Organisation and Co-ordination skills

Preferable skills:
