Site Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

My client is a rapidly growing construction company looking for an ambitious, skilled, and knowledgeable Site Manager to work in the bath area specialising on new build fit outs.

With your experience in the sector, you will oversee managing the team through the whole process, including all associated fit out and new build work, ensuring that targets are met regarding health and safety, delivery to build a programme, quality, and customer care.

You will be provided with extensive training and the option to take part in additional courses to improve your skill set to maximise your earnings. Your performance and salary are reviewed on a quarterly basis with great bonuses and additions to your package to be earned throughout the year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that can offer a clear career path.
