Your Future Role…
This is a permanent opportunity where you will be reporting into the No.1 on site but will be an Internals Site Manager on the scheme as a No.2. The project is a £30m RC frame hotel scheme which is half way through construction.

Your Future Company…

A successful contractor turning over £200m with work across England from Manchester down to Brighton. Specialising in a mixture of new build residential and hotel projects between £5m-£80m. They have had steady growth in their London office with over 20 live projects and another 4 starting later this year. A company that look after their staff with very good staff retention and regularly hire within and offer progression opportunities to those seeking it. They have not made redundancies since recent events and are successfully tendering for work which reflects the strength and stability of the business.

About You…

-You will come from a Main Contractor background
– You must have RC frame new build Hotel experience on a medium to large sized scheme.
– Preferably from a joinery/carpentry background with experience on delivering the internal fit out on final phase of projects.
