Salary: £264 – £288 per day
What you will do:
Using your expertise as a Site Manager you will respond to technical queries, review method statements and maintain site records during all site inspections. Your strong relationship building and interpersonal skills will help you to communicate with Network Rail’s project managers, project engineers, quality surveyors, safety specialists and external contractors.
Your understanding of health and safety and construction within the railway will provide you with the confidence to assist the project team. Understanding the commercial issues that are involved in delivering a project will help you seek and identify areas of continuous improvement and proactive safety initiatives.
Your experience will include:

Public engagement- good communication with excellent stakeholder management
*
Outstanding construction experience in a property/building environment
*
Rail experience preferred but not essential
*
A thorough understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental issues relating to construction
*
CSCS/CITB scheme/IOSH/ NEBOSH certification- a health and safety accreditation is essential
