Salary: £288 – £300 per day
We are recruiting for a Site Manager with new build residential experience. Managing projects from start to finish.
As a Site Manager you must have;
* CSCS Card and SMSTS
* New build experience managing subbies
* At least 5 years as a Site Manager
As a Site Manager you will be able to;
* Package managing subbies.
* Checking their RAMS.
* Manage Health and Safety.
* Manage the quality.
* Report to Clients.
* Manage, review and update construction programme.
