Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year
A great opportunity to join a fast growing management team of 6, with a portfolio of 4 nursery schools (soon to be 7).
Our client is hiring for the role of a BDM/Site Acquisition Manager, with responsibility for the acquisition of sites and buildings for the development, fitting out or conversion to open as new settings to contribute to the growth of the company.
The role will contribute to the company’s growth strategy, working collaboratively with the Business which focus on the acquisition of existing businesses and individual settings.
What will you bring to the role?
* To undertake research on locations for new sites and acquisitions – due diligence
* Contribute to developing the growth strategy and target locations
* Build relationships with developers, agents, investors etc to develop a pipeline of locations
* Monitor and manage the opportunities
* Develop and present business cases for new opportunities
* Development/ Planning of sites
* Analyse performance. Review and suggest improvements to existing processes to achieve operational excellence

Must Haves
* 5 years of experience working in site aquisition
* Experience preparing business cases
* Experience Building relationships with developers
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience negotiating with agents and investors
