Showroom Sales Administrator
Location: Canvey Island
Salary: £26,000per year+ per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Other: Driving license is essential due to remote location
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to deliver exceptional customer service and deliver product information on their range of Aluminium products, windows, doors etc. This is a customer focused soft sales role.
The main duties of the role are:
• Telephone and email communication with trade customers regarding product range
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Use of Microsoft Office
• Inbound and outbound call handling
• Email correspondence
• Developing product range knowledge
• Telephone and email communication with trade customers
• Dealing with customer complaints efficiently and effectively
• Dealing with quotes and estimates for goods
Requirements:
• Ability to build product knowledge quickly
• Confident
• Good administrative ability
• Customer focused
• Previous experience within a similar environment or role
• Proficient I.T skills
