Service Desk Support Technician IT is required to join an award winning company based in Warwickshire on a permanent basis.

Essential Skills:

Previous 1st line support experience in a busy IT environment
Strong customer service skills
Good written and verbal communication
ITIL certification or knowledge/understanding
Active DirectoryRole: Your role as a Service Desk Support Technician IT will be working on a busy IT service desk and your main duties will be taking, logging and resolving first line IT support issues (unlocking passwords, setting up accounts, basic 1st line issues e.t.c) whilst having a highly professional demeanour and good customer service attitude at all times. This role will involve troubleshooting, not just logging and flogging calls.

Salary: £26,000per year

Location: Warwickshire

Start date: ASAP
