1 st Line IT Support Technician

An exciting opportunity has become available to work with a huge name in the vehicle industry as a 1 st Line support Technician, based out of their Exeter premises.

1 st Line IT Support Technician Responsibilities:

• Provide 1 st Line Support for all Group IT issues as the first point of contact.
• Maintaining databases of all IT assets, User Access ID’s & Passwords & managing physical assets.
• Train New Staff with their IT and Group IT systems
• IT Procurement, supporting the 2 nd Line Support & IT Manager with IT procurement as point of contact for suppliers.

1 st Line IT Support Technician Requirements:

• Great interpersonal skills working with all staff across the Group & professional approach to work
• Self-starter, conscientious work ethic, logical thinker & willingness to learn
• Has prior experience of working in a customer support and/or customer training environment
• Desirable IT experience includes Windows desktop support, Microsoft Active Directory administration and Linux command line administration
