Soft Services (Cleaning) Manager

I have a job for a cleaning manager. The job of cleaning manager will cover the South East (Watford, Twickenham and Harrow) and the cleaning manager must live within one of these postcode areas.

The cleaning manager must be experienced in a similar cleaning management role- eg, cleaning supervisor, area cleaning manager, site cleaning manager etc. The cleaning manager will have experience managing cleaners working on multiple sites. They will need people management skills, a good understanding of cleaning and the ability to deal with customers on site. You will come from an industrial background eg, factory, warehouse, distribution centre.

The role will involve frequent travel. A car will be provided as part of the package but the successful candidate MUST have a driving licence, and be able to manage their own diaries and travel.

The cleaning manager will need to live in one of the following postcodes: WD.HA.TW

Skills and experience

Proven experience of managing a team within soft FM services industry.
Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods.
Proven experience in managing multiple sites.
Ability to build relationships with key customers.
An understanding of health and safety and Zero Harm.
Experience of cleaning to audited standards
Ability to cost and estimate work.
Good organisational skills.
