Service Delivery Administrator

We are seeking a customer service delivery advisor to start ASAP.

Based in Braintree, the successful candidate will be responsible for inputting orders, arranging delivery and invoicing. You will play a key part in the providing effective client relations and customer service, whilst maintaining a high standard of administration.

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of working within an office environment along with the following skills;

Good numeracy and literacy skills
Good attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to learn quickly, especially in regards to specialist in house software programs;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Previous experience within a logistics’/industrial environment would be beneficial.

This is an ongoing temporary position which could possible become a permanent contract for the right individual.
