Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £27,600 per year

This excellent opportunity will be working within a busy, close knit customer services team with a focus on providing a hands-on approach to order inputting, quotations and ensuring that key customers receive an exceptional level of support and service.

THE ROLE

* Providing support to a wide range of worldwide clients

* Entry of customer orders using a SAGE system and other in-house software

* Providing product quotations for both UK and overseas customers

* Carrying out stock checks for availability, part number searches and identifying shipping locations and additional information.

* Providing key documents to customers including shipping information, tracking information and PODs

* Resolving any customer issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction

* Supporting other members of the customer service team with additional duties

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Applicants should have the following:

* Proven experience in a high-pressure office-based customer service environment

* Ability to work with a number of IT systems

* Strong attention to detail

* Innovative approach to help develop workflows and support others
